Shopping cart optimization between different vendors

I need a code, preferably in VBA, as the bases are already in Excel (other options are also accepted), to calculate the best combination between suppliers for a list of products, respecting the minimum order of each supplier and taking into account discounts % of each supplier for higher value purchases.

Example: I want to buy 1 kg of apple, 3 boxes of banana, 2 bags of orange, 10 kg of sweet potato and 10 kg of tomato.

I have 4 suppliers with different prices and the following rules:

Supplier A= Minimum order of R$40.00 and discounts of 5% for orders over R$300.00, 6% over R$500.00 and 10% over R$1000.00.

Supplier B= Minimum order of R$100.00 and discounts of 5% for orders over R$300.00, 6% over R$500.00 and 10% over R$1000.00.

Supplier C= Minimum order of R$80.00 and discounts of 0% for orders over R$300.00, 6% over R$500.00 and 6% over R$1000.00.

Supplier D= Minimum order of BRL 80.00 and discounts of 0% for orders over BRL 300.00, 6% over BRL 500.00 and 8% over BRL 1000.00.

I need to know the best combination between 2 suppliers or 3 suppliers to make the purchase at the lowest cost.
