I just want to get my professional profile up on the internet. I'm a Civil Engingeer and will provide you my resume. What I want an experienced designer to do is basically convert that into a static online profilce page. 

Just a single page of static HTML will suffice. It shoul also link out to my Twitter and LinkedIn profiles.
