Necesito hacer mejoras, desarrollar nuevos módulos y mantenciones periódicas al sistema. El backend esta desarrollado en Ruby On Rails y utiliza base de datos PostgreSQL.

El objetivo del sistema es mostrar información en tiempo real y generar reportes estadísticos de datos que se reciben desde otros sistemas. Envía notificaciones a una App desarrollada con IONIC para ambos sistemas iOS y Android.
