Se requiere un app, donde el usuario se logue, comunicandose con el web service, en la pantalla principal, haya una funcion donde al seleccionar el boton, envie sus coordenadas, a la base de datos, para que en la palataforma principal, vaya mostrando sus movimientos en el mapa de google,(la plataforma ya esta creada), y otra opcion de desactivar el boton , y ya no siga enviando sus corrdenadas.

Sea desarrolado en xamarin, o android studio
