Estimados buenas tardes y feliz navidad. Deseo contactar a un profesional para el desarrollo de un sitio web que realice campañas publicitarias a través de wifi y bluetooh.

Necesito el desarrollo del sitio y el asesoramiento para hacerlo 100% funcional.
La idea es poder hacer campañas publicitarias a través del sitio para poder enviar tanto por wifi como por bluetoot, sería conveninete poder controlar las campañas, establecer horarios, estadisticas y escucho funcionalidad que sea conveniente para el sistema.
