El sistema debe tener
-Configuración.
-Flujo de Dinero (sólo movimientos en efectivo).
-Control de Stock.
-Ventas y Compras.
-Reportes gráficos.
-Usuarios del Sist.
-Como realizar una Venta.

Deseo un sistema similar al que adjunto en el link, con unos pequeños cambios, por ejemplo adicionar un modulo de cierre de caja ya que esto se lo hace diariamente, agregar un campo de código de barras  tanto de compras como de ventas, y unos reportes adicionales.
