Um sistema que roda em background e consome web service pra ver se uma determinada variavel esta com um valor determinado , se sim , ele emite um aviso sonoro.  Eu ja tenho a pagina em php , servidor e tudo , apenas preciso que essa aplicacao execute o processo. Quero em JAVA.
