Preciso de um site para leilão de carros e motos, mas com uma particularidade ex; o veiculo 1  esta em leilão, para que o usuário cadastrado possa efetuar lances neste veiculo ele precisa pagar um valor ex: 10,00 e teria o aceso para efetuar os lances.
Para efetuar também lances em outro veiculo precisa ter pago a taxa referente ao mesmo.
