Necesito crear un sitio web desde cero, No en wordpress. Tiene que ser dinámico y rápido. El sitio web esta pensado para que las empresas publiquen sus productos con 3 tipos de membresías diferentes, mensajes internos entre usuarios, filtros de busqueda, etc.

Agrego un poco más tecnico un adjunto.
Por favor, programadores principiantes abstenerse.

Se necesita también maquetación. No ofertar por hora, necesito saber el precio final. Les daré acceso al FTP para que puedan ir subiendo el trabajo al hosting. Por favor también enviar referencias de trabajos realizados.
