Crear pagina web desde cero, tenemos un template http://www.notifica.com.do/ adquirido sobre el que se debe realizar el desarrollo.

Se debe desarrollar sobre PHP, HTML5 y javascript, la base de datos debe ser postgresql.

Algunas tablas de base de datos ya están creadas bajo postgresql.

Tenemos urgencia de tener un prototipo funcional , por lo que los aspectos esteticos no son una prioridad en esta etapa.
