Preciso de um app para aluguel de temporada, basicamente ele vai operar semelhante ao airbnb com algumas regras diferentes, os preços de diárias serão tabelados pelo app e  não pelo locatário, o valor pago pelo usuário somente será liberado ao locatário quando o checkin for realizado, precisa estabelecer permissões adm, usuário e locatário, e algumas regras que serão definidas em reunião para o projeto.
