Smart contract for Mlm Platform

Hi, I am looking to develop a MLM platform that uses bitcoin as the base currency, with a very specific set of rules. Everything from the token, front end, back end, testing must be included. For the platform to be developed web-based, ios and android, i have all specific instructions but before continuing let me tell you how i work:

1.


If you are interested the budget is $2K (for the whole thing) paid through this platform only -no crypto payments, no payments outside this platform- and delivered in 30 days or less.

2. If you accept my conditions I will send you the full requirements. Once read and accepted you will provide information on the languages you plan to use to develop the project.

3. The project will be divided up in several milestones, each mileston  will trigger a partial payment. You will propose the milestones, time and dollar amounts for each.

4. If we come to an agreement with the milestones schedule,we will sign a simple contract that outlines how everything will take place., Including those milestones

5. We will get started immediately after.
