Social Marketplace setting up (Wordpress + woocommerce + Dokan/Wc Vendors + Buddypress)

I need a social marketplace to be created.

Scope of work involves: set up of all tools together in free hosting. It must be working properly with all functionalities: market place, products/services enabled, customized vendor dashboard, payment getaways, emails/orders confirmation sending, vendors map filter, categories filter.

Additional configuration: nice-looking theme with menus and pages configured (specs will be provided), vendors will only be able to offer the products/services configured by admin (vendors must not be able to create new products themselves), conversations will have some restrictions (no email/phone number sharing, etc).

The idea: Wordpress + Woocommerce + WC Vendors/Dokan + BuddyPress + Theme that supports all working together (+ App deployment and publishing).

I created one environment myself first using the suggested tools and saw it feasible (but it was not professional looking), however I am open to suggestions if you come up with a better way of supplying the site with all the required functionality.
