Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives. Create, edit and publish original and engaging content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage company and client social media accounts, ensuring an active and consistent presence. Monitor and respond to followers' comments and messages in real time. Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with other teams (design, content, SEO, etc.) To ensure consistency across all platforms and maximize results. Organize and execute paid campaigns on social networks, managing budgets and optimizing ROI. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field. Minimum experience of 2-3 years as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent skills in written and verbal communication. Ability to create attractive and relevant visual content. Experience using social media management tools Ability to analyze metrics and generate detailed reports. Creativity, proactivity and ability to work independently and as a team. Knowledge of social media advertising tools and experience managing paid campaigns. Fluency in English
