Necesito diseñar un software online para el negocio de corretaje inmobiliario, encontré un posible diseño con la plantilla de admin lte, el cual lo dejo en los archivos adjuntos para que lo revisen, ahí está la idea.

Este es un proyecto, donde pretendo averiguar el costo del proyecto y según ello contratar o aplazar el desarrollo del software.

En cuanto al presupuesto, me gustaría poder hacerlo por lo mencionado, pero de ser superior igual me gustaría conocer tu propuesta y contemplar un aumento en mi presupuesto.
