Se requiere desarrollo de una aplicación WEB para la creación de un sistema de elaboración de bases. La aplicación debe ser amigable, simple, rápida, y gráficamente atractiva. Para esto podrían utilizarze las siguientes herramientas:  laravel en php o rails, bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, para que la aplicación sea adaptable.
(O similar) Básicamente el software debe ser capaz de recibir información organizarla y exportarla a PDF  en planillas prediseñadas. La información debe ser almacenada en un repositorio para cada usuario.
