Solucionar error en plugin de Nopcommerce

Hola a todos,

tenemos un plugin de nopcommerce (Shipping.FixedRateShipping) y (Shipping.ByTotal) cualquiera de los dos da un error en ambiente de producción, que no podemos reproducir en ambiente de desarrollo. El error es el siguiente:

System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): Execution of the child request failed. Please examine the InnerException for more information.
---> System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): The controller for path '/Admin/Shipping/ConfigureProvider' was not found or does not implement IController

Necesitamos resolverlo, en ambiente de desarrollo y pasarlo a producción, eventualemnte enviando trazas de log para ver cual es el problema.
