Strategic Product Owner for Fintech Mobile Application in Mexico & Latam

Fintech Futuro is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of FuturoHoy, our personal finance application. This platform is designed to empower users in Mexico and Latin America to improve their financial literacy, manage debt, and build wealth. We are looking for a hands-on product leader who is passionate about user experience and driven by data to continuously enhance the product.

The ideal candidate will not merely manage development tasks but will act as a strategic partner, making key decisions, proposing innovative improvements, and driving the product roadmap forward. This role offers the potential to evolve into a co-founder relationship for the right individual who is committed to building a company for the long term.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user behavior to identify and prioritize opportunities for product improvement.
- Optimize critical user journeys including onboarding, activation, overall user experience, and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates from free users to Premium subscribers.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and user needs.
- Collaborate directly with the development team to ensure efficient execution of product enhancements.
- Collect and synthesize user feedback, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and opportunities within the fintech, financial education, and personal finance sectors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing digital products, with a preference for mobile applications or SaaS platforms.
- Strong judgment in ux/ui principles and a deep understanding of user behavior.
- Proficient in working with product metrics, conversion funnels, and retention data.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, experimentation methodologies, and artificial intelligence applications.
- Genuine interest and passion for fintech, financial education, and personal finance.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, independence, and a strong bias toward execution.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
