Necesitamos configurar un server de streaming usando obsproject (open source) para ser usado via una lan y un solo cliente de video receptor.
Hay que configurar muy bien al servidor de streaming para que  el tiempo de latencia este debajo de 400ms (milisegundos). Se provee de una computadora Linux con i5 y placa de video nvidia y únicamente estará haciendo esta tarea.
