I would like you to focus only on the kitchen and balcony.

In the kitchen, we will have: an L-shaped sink, a 4-burner cooktop, and an island with two barstools.

On the balcony, we will remove all coverings and the sink. We will install a counter with cabinets to hide the air conditioner and to store appliances or other items.
