I need to add portuguese subtitles to a video that is in English.
There are no subtitles in english so you will need to first make a transcript of the video and then translate it to BR portuguese. After that you should apply the subtitles to the video.
Maybe you will be able to find the english subtitles online if you search a bit, since this is a very popular video.
