We are seeking a talented YouTube Thumbnail Designer for an ongoing collaboration to create eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnails for our YouTube channel. This role requires a creative individual who can consistently deliver engaging visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Design approximately 5 thumbnails per week, with each requiring at least 2 A/B testing variants.
- Adhere to established brand guidelines while also bringing fresh and innovative creative ideas to the table.
- Deliver final high-resolution files (1280x720, png/jpg format) within a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Be responsive to feedback and capable of iterating quickly on designs.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous YouTube thumbnail design work is essential.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva Pro, or equivalent software.
- A solid understanding of YouTube CTR (Click-Through Rate) optimization principles.
- Demonstrated ability to create designs featuring bold text, expressive imagery, and contrast-driven compositions.
- Reliable communication skills for consistent weekly collaboration.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing thumbnails across various content niches.
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics to inform design decisions.
- Expertise in stock photo editing and composite image creation.
