Hi, we're helping our fellow startup set up a remote dev office in LATAM.

The startup works in the insurance industry, is very successful and growing, has a great culture and employee satisfaction rates. The US-based team of engineers is over 20 people.


Looking for a senior (6+ years of commercial experience) software engineer proficient in:

- Ruby on Rails (at least 4 years of experience working with the technology),
- React (at least 3 years of exp working with the technology).

Additionally:

- great English and communication skills are a must have,
- team lead experience would be a great bonus, but isn't a blocker.
