A medical telecall tool should be developed within the LGPD standards.

The tool has 2 authors:
Doctor and patient

Patients Requirements:
- Receive video call within the mobile app (flutter) and web + webmobile (angular)
- In the web case, the patient must receive a link via email to access the video call waiting room.
- The patient must complete a 3-step medical questionnaire + send a video of up to 1 minute.

Medical Requirements:
- Perform video call within web platform (Angular+Laravel)
- Option to call back in case of call disruption
- Receive the answer to the patient's questionnaire and its video.
