My name is Rodrigo, I´m a real estate agent in Porto (Portugal) and would like to invite you to send a budget offer for a new development im listing.

I'll need 10 interior and 2 exterior images (all of which have a terrace or garden) of the flats.
I will also need 3 exterior images of the development. East, south and west elevations (ground-level perspective).
As well as aerial perspectives (3 more - to the east, south and west) for which I can provide drone images.
That's a total of 18 images.

At this stage, and because I don't yet have the interior finishes map, we'll leave interior images for the next few weeks.
At the moment, my greatest urgency (to be able to launch pre-sales) would be the 3 areal perspectives. And for these we already have the materials to be used in the description.

"03_Floors. Materials.
In order to have a uniform reading between all the two-family houses, it was decided to create a common language for the whole complex. On the ground floor, as well as the entrance recesses and courtyards, slabs of yellow granite bush-hammered to a fine peak will be used, in combination with the etics system on the remaining floors. The window frames will be made of anodised aluminium, and the colours will be ecru and metallic grey. The external walls are made up of external cladding (granite stone slabs/etcs) with thermal block, stone slabs and plasterboard sheets on the inside. The interior walls will be made of hollow brick, plastered and tinned. Finally, they will be painted raw. The walls in the wet areas should be clad in ceramic up to a height of 2 metres. Above this height, the cladding will be made of painted tinned plaster. The pavements outside the houses, which are pedestrianised, will be made of white non-slip cement."
