Translate a Multilevel Marketing Website

This is a beta project and there's a need to translate it to another languages.

I need to know if there's a way to change the language of this site http://www.quickmogul.com, translating the text and adding subtitles for the videos. Also, how much will it costs?

The original website is http://5minutemogul.com/soviete and I want to make a mirror with the options above.

* Additional information: I'm one of the Founders of the system and I want to provide subtitles for the videos and translate all text.
