Twilio Api for whatsapp

I am looking for a highly competent freelancer (not a company)  experienced in using Twilio to send WhatsApp Business messages from a custom platform.

Responsibilities:

Set up and connect Twilio to our existing platform.
Adjust or adapt the existing functionality to send messages on WhatsApp Business using the Twilio API.

Extensive testing to ensure quality and optimal system performance.

Requirements:

Ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
