Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end user journeys from wireframing to high-fidelity UI designs. Conduct user research and apply findings to design decisions. Create and refine prototypes, ensuring smooth interactions. Design visually engaging interfaces that balance functionality with aesthetics. Maintain and expand design systems for consistency. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code transitions. Essential Skills & Tools Tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, Webflow, WordPress, Google Slides, AI tools (MidJourney, Relume, ChatGPT). Skills: ux research, ui design, wireframing, prototyping, component-based systems, accessibility best practices. Experience & Qualifications Senior: 6+ years in both ui and ux design, with agency or high-paced digital experience. Mid-Level: 4–6 years of experience in ui/ux, with a strong grasp of user flows and interaction design. Junior: 2–4 years of experience, eager to grow in both disciplines, internship preferred. Portfolio & Work Expectations Strong showcase of integrated ui and ux projects (e.g., Shakuff, Platinum Born, Deceptive.co). Must demonstrate proficiency in wireframing, user flows, and visual design. Experience with style guides, component libraries, and design systems. Ability to design for multiple platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand presence. Soft Skills & Work Ethic Self-starter with the ability to manage both ui and ux aspects efficiently. Fluent in English and Spanish. Capable of articulating design decisions and defending them with research-backed insights. Fast executor who thrives under tight deadlines and high project volume. Strong collaboration skills, open to feedback but also capable of proposing innovative solutions.
