Role Overview: As a ui/ux designer, you will be responsible for designing our agency's website and creating visually compelling websites for our diverse clientele. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a full marketing agency website.
- Create innovative and user-friendly websites for our clients.
- Collaborate with our development and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ui/ux designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Trial Task: As part of the application process, candidates are required to present a customized UX design for the home page of our agency's website, complete with watermarks. This task must be completed within 24 hours of assignment.
