1. Better design than the current one
2. Email marketing abilities
3. Centralized customer record
4. Centralized order management
5. Multi-language chat
    -Automated answers
    - Pre-set answers
    - Available in different languages
6. Multi-currency support
7. Security
    - User accounts
    - Anti-fraud mechanisms
8. Automated delivery system
    - Plugin that can deliver digital orders automatically

There are still some points to finish that we are still defining.
