Se necesita hacer un maquetado con las siguientes características:

Un formulario para completar datos, exactamente idéntico al del siguiente link: http://www.topchopp.com.py/sys/client/
Dicho formulario debe contar con diseño “libre”, comparto presentación de ventas de la empresa en PDF (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YP92JlTWMzdkpAPXnAZcyvJePgiaWGhE/view?usp=sharing) . Lo ideal sería mantener más o menos la identidad de la marca y que se respete más o menos el mismo estilo.
