Valyriansteel intro video

I am attempting to recreate a previously created intro video on Adobe after effects, however I am unfamiliar with the software and it continues to give me a error message saying that the project is locked. Used in the project is after effects cs6, external plug in PARTICULAR from Red Giant Trap Code, and SABER plug in. Both plug ins can be acquired for free online, 1 through a free trial.



The TrapCode particular effect keeps telling me that it needs to be migrated? I have all of the footage required, the original adobe project with all of the masks, and edits, the logo as well as the audio Id like. Should be a simple job, however I unfortunately  do not have the time to work on it.
Do not contact me with a ridiculous pricing. This job comes with the necessary footage, with all edits and masks already outlined in the previous adobe project. This job requires little work, and is at most a $25 -$30 job.
