Necesito una aplicacion para Android y ios que permita integrarse a un sistema de administracion de legajos de rrhh  que actualmente esta funcionando.

La API seria provista por nosotros.

Las funcionalidades básicamente serian la de poder cargar fotografías a determinados legajos de la BD del sistema o modificar algún texto o parámetro de alertas que se configuran en el mismo sistema.
