Preciso ligar uma placa de captura easycap em um pc com linux.
Vou ligar uma televisão RCA.
Haverá um bluetooth instalado que receberá um sinal 1, 2 ou  3

quando receber 1, ele gravará o vídeo em uma pasta pré-configurada,
recebendo um novamente ele vai parar a gravação do vídeo.

Quando receber 2, gravará a imagem (jpeg/png) em uma pasta pré-configurada.

Maiores detalhes passo posteriormente mas a primeira fase é essa.
