We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in our firm's success by assisting with property listing management and lead generation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Create property listings, ensuring accuracy and engaging descriptions.
- Manage and respond to all lead inquiries from rental websites
- Organize and track all leads in a spreadsheet for reports.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in rental marketing.
Requirements:
- Applicant must be residing in USA
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with extracting and following up with leads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
This is a remote job offering $25-$35 per hour, with the potential for additional incentives based on performance.
