We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Lead
Manager in Wholesale Real Estate.
* You'll be responsible for managing and nurturing inbound and outbound
leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting our acquisitions team to close more deals.
Sales experience, consistent follow-up, and knowledge of real estate lingo (e.g., Arv, mao) are crucial.
!!!You'll be the first point of contact for sellers and must build rapport, uncover motivation, and move deals forward while maintaining accurate records!!!
This is a remote position, with availability required during Eastern Time (et), 9:00 am-5:00 pm,
monday-friday (saturday availability is a plus).
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound/outbound leads using Turnkey CRM
Conduct outreach and follow-up consistently with sellers via phone, email, and SMS
Qualify leads based on seller motivation, condition, timeline, and asking price
Use real estate terms (e.g., Arv, mao, repair cost, comps, assignment)
build rapport and move leads through the sales funnel
prepare and manage contracts (purchase agreements, assignment docs)
track and report kpi metrics: calls made, contact rate, appointment set %, etc.
Schedule calls, walkthroughs, and meetings with the acquisitions team
Maintain lead organization and provide weekly status updates
✅ Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of sales experience (real estate or telemarketing preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable using real estate terms like arv, mao, repairs, comps, and contracts.
- Familiarity with real estate investment terms (arv, mao, comps, etc.)
- Experience with lead management and CRM systems (experience with Turnkey CRM is a plus).
- Ability to follow up persistently and stay organized ability to follow up persistently without being pushy.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Available Eastern Time (ET), 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday (Saturday optional)

Experience in wholesale real estate
Familiarity with systems like (Turn key CRM, Spreadsheets)
Prior experience drafting or reviewing contracts
