Programar una plataforma multidispositivo ( android, ios, windows,pagina web, etc).
La aplicación no presenta un interfaz complejo dado que tiene que ser apto para todo público ya que es de carácter nacional.
Tiene que contemplar motores de busqueda, poder ver videos y archivos ( si se externalizan en paginas como youtube da igual, tipo como lo hace facebook) y poder utilizar cámara para escaneo de código QR.
  El proyecto es altamente atractivo y se informará bajo contrato de confidencialidad.
