- Search properties in specific places/ auction in the U.S.A.
- Know English well and are comfortable making phone calls for lots of tasks.
- Have a good knowledge and know the way around the internet.
- Are problem solvers and **can figure out how to find difficult information online**.

- Provide an extensive list of qualified properties at the end of every Thursday.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow the correct orders of the research.
- Work 3h a day (10am to 1pm, Boston Time Zone), Monday - Friday.

- Instead of excel, we use *Notion App* to organize our lists and contents. It's not a must to know how to use the *Notion App*, but we need members that are able to adapt and learn fast.
- In your first week you will work closely with one of us to get used to the work.
In the second week, you are expected to be able to do everything by yourself.
