Build a relatively simple for a cross platform web application (using cordova, ionic or similar). More details will be given to the selected professional.

The app will be need to be built practically from scratch, the idea is to have a separate designer but that is still under decission.

There will be a first prototype without backend connection, then the app will need to consume a backend API, so we need to start the frontend code with that in mind.
