Web Automation Bot - Searching for lower prices

I need an automation software bot to search for lower hotel prices on the than the price shown in the target website.

*Bid on this project only if you know how to do it and will complete successfully!

This is what it has to do:

- Enter in the target website and search for a city and a date from user input
- Take the name of the hotels from the list, one by one, and find the official website of that hotel
- Search on the official website the exact hotel name, date, room type and find the cheapest price, inclusive of taxes, for non-members (there are different types of rates)
- Compare with the price of the Target website and if it's cheaper, to take a screenshot and put the information (name, URL, date, price, currency) on a list

In few words, has to compare the price form the Target website and the price of the official hotel website.

Notes:
-On the official hotel websites could be different rate types (Only for members, special limited time offers etc) so the price to consider is from normal rates, non-special.
-The bot has to search on the same currency if available on both websites. If the currency from the target website is not available on the official website, the bot has to convert the price to right currency and make the comparison.

I don't have any licenses for automation softwares that just need to write a script, so need to implement the bot that I can execute without paying any license fee.
