preciso ter acesso e mudar a url que sera aberto no app, pois posso mudar as url para o app acessar
de inicio o app deve acessar uma url e entrar em tela cheia, para não visualizar  a url acessada, ou seja ja abre em tela cheia uma url. É O PONTO PRINCIPAL, SERIA UM WEBAPP PARA CELULARES
