Hi, I'm looking for a designer or thumbmaker to create thumbnails for my YouTube channel.

I usually need around 3 thumbnails per month, and the style is focused on web documentaries.
The thumbnails should be visually striking and match an informative and engaging tone.
For reference, it should look like the channel Magnates Media.

I’m really excited about this project and need someone who can create this kind of design for me.
