We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance video editor for a growing YouTube channel specializing in web documentaries. Our content focuses on finance, major companies, and compelling stories from the business world. We currently publish approximately three videos per month, each typically 9 to 10 minutes in length, with potential for increased volume in the future. The raw footage will be provided pre-cut. Your primary role will be to elevate the editing to a professional, dynamic, and cinematic level, significantly enhancing the storytelling. We are looking for someone who can bring a sophisticated visual style, similar to the documentaries produced by Daniel Penin. Consistency with deadlines, responsibility, and commitment are crucial for this role. Our aim is to establish a long-term partnership with an editor who deeply understands the value of this project and is enthusiastic about contributing to its success. The channel is a passion project, requiring visually engaging, emotionally compelling, well-paced, and clear videos.
