We have an existing Website which is on magento plataform (ver 1.9) and we want to make some changes on our website such as:

1.Pop up page as soon as the client opens the page, saying we are giving 5% Discount once they subscribe using their email.

2. We want to add a warning banner on the top of the website for our COVID-19 procedures.

3.Add a info on the first page saying we do deliveries all over the country.

4.We have a big banner when you open our website and we want to change it to a dynamic images.

5.Add a tab for ''blog''

6.Add a tab for ''Products on sale''

7. Add the better business bureau tag (certificate)  on our website.

8.Add a link with our Return Policy right next of each product we have.

9.Add the option to enter zip code to  inform the estimated delivery date on each product selected by the client.

10. Once the client select a product, we want to add the option of ''Related Items''  right below it.
