Capture leads, educate new audiences, and represent the brand's essence. d. Design elements and assets needed to create the website. 2. Site Revamp: a. Restructure core pages for clarity and usability. b. Refresh visual hierarchy and copywriting. c. Integrate links to new sites where appropriate. d. Design elements and assets needed to revamp the site. 3. Launch Coordination: a. Content upload, quality control & qa, language coordination (en/es/br-pt). b. Timeline, roles, and responsibilities for deployment. Iii. user experience principles • clarity & flow: users must understand the site structure intuitively. • Calm Presence: Clean design aligned with the brand guidelines for each brand. • Depth with Simplicity: Information should be layered, not crowded. • Mobile-First: Fully responsive design with optimal Ux on all devices. functional requirements • cms: wordpress or webflow preferred. • Multilingual Support: en, es, pt (language toggle). • Blog Functionality: With categories, tags, search. • Newsletter Integration: Mailchimp. • Form Integrations: Custom forms for contact + collaborations. • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, event tracking, & Google Tag Manager integration. • SEO Structure: Clean metadata, alt-text, H1/H2 hierarchy optimized for Google SERP & LLMs. • Hosting & Speed: Optimized for loading, CDN enabled
