Tenho uma extranet e preciso de dois apps, um pra Android e um pra iOS, apenas um navegador em tela cheia que gere cache para acesso offline e notifique que as informações podem não estar atualizadas devido ao acesso offline. Necessário que seja integrado ao OneSignal para envio de notificação push. Estou disponível para responder dúvidas via chat.
