Tenho só a ideia do que quero desenvolver. Anteriormente não administrei este tipo de projetos. O desenvolvimento deve incluir uma integração com redes sociais, processadores de pagamentos e API. Deverá ter compatibilidade com Android. O freelancer seria para um projeto. Minha ideia é pagar por a totalidade do projeto finalizado.
