Woocommerce developer

We are experts on Mexican distillates with a history of more than 10 years in the business, who are starting a new project.
Deliverables:
-    AliasSmith.se html design improvement
-    AliasSmith.se woocommerce webshop
-    Agavista web design (wordpress)
-    Agavista woocommerce webshop (copy of AliasSmith´s)

AliasSmith webshop must contain / be able to:
-    Handle 150 products that can be imported through a xml content data base with info, images, videos
-    Import /export CRM
-      Exclude IP regions
-    Template design in accordance to the content data base
-    Login with double security step  (Figure 2)
-    Three different levels of users with differentiated access to the info (prices, product aviability,  etc)
-    “Place an order” button instead of regular cart. Sales and payments are taken care of apart from the webshop (manually though our purchase manager)
Agavista webshop
-    Same as above in terms of product presentation but with other features aimed for consumers as described in page . It is important that the same content data base feeds both webshops and that we can select which ones are visible for each site.
