You should have strong html, scss, javascript skills.
Website Page speed insight (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=lt) test results should be 90+ on mobile and 95+ on desktop version.

HTML code should be W3 valid.
This offer is for one inner page (home page). Each additional page should be for extra charge.
