Wordpress Plugin Development for Youtube Membership Points Integration

We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to create a system that allows our YouTube membership subscribers to earn and use points on our WordPress site. This project involves developing four custom WordPress plugins to integrate with the YouTube Data API and an existing third-party point ledger plugin (myCred).

Overview of the System:
This system will enable automatic point accrual for YouTube members, facilitate point redemption during purchases on our WordPress site, and provide CSV output for point data. Our company will handle the requirements definition, design overview, and integration testing, so the implementer will focus on function implementation according to specifications.

Prerequisites:
- The solution must integrate with the existing WordPress plugin: myCred, which will serve as the point ledger.
- Implementers are expected to develop functions based on provided specifications and design overviews.

Implementation Scope (Four WordPress Plugins):
1.  Plugin A: YouTube API Integration
    - Member verification using the YouTube Data API (members.list).
    - OAuth connection (basic operational level).
    - Development of a WordPress admin screen for setting endpoints, API keys, and other configurations.
2.  Plugin B: Member Linking Function
    - Functionality to link our internal member IDs with YouTube IDs.
    - Saving of verification results.
3.  Plugin C: Point Granting Process
    - Logic for granting points based on our specified conditions.
    - Implementation of batch processing, preferably using WP-Cron.
4.  Plugin D: Point Usage
    - Processing point discounts at the time of purchase.
    - Development of the basic application logic for point usage.

Note: Details regarding payment integration will be provided separately after initial confirmation. Verification of the implemented features will be conducted by our company.

Out of Scope:
- Design or selection of the point ledger plugin (myCred is already chosen).
- Comprehensive exception handling.
- Integration testing and load testing.
